Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use Guzlands only for lawful marketplace purposes. If you use Guzlands for a company, agency, partnership, fund, property owner, operator, broker, developer, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, maintaining the security of your credentials, completing required verification steps, and ensuring your account is not used by unauthorised persons.

Guzlands provides digital tools for listing, discovery, enquiry routing, account management, verification review, billing, and marketplace visibility. Guzlands does not act as a broker, agent, property consultant, escrow provider, title verifier, transaction party, legal adviser, tax adviser, financial adviser, valuation adviser, investment adviser, fiduciary, or guarantor.

Guzlands does not negotiate transaction terms, represent buyers or sellers, collect or hold transaction money, verify title or ownership, inspect property condition, confirm licenses or permits, prepare transaction documents, or guarantee any listing, enquiry, lead, ranking, view, offer, revenue, or transaction outcome.

• Use Guzlands only in compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
• Provide accurate, current, non-misleading information.
• Respect privacy, intellectual property, anti-fraud, and acceptable-use rules.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent authority, ownership, licensing, or status.
• Conduct independent legal, financial, tax, title, zoning, licensing, physical, and operational due diligence before acting on any listing or enquiry.

Listings and enquiries are governed by these Terms and the Marketplace, Listing & Enquiry Rules. A lister is responsible for listing accuracy, authority to publish, media rights, permissions, compliance, availability, pricing, and lawful use of the platform. A searcher is responsible for independently verifying all listing, transaction, legal, commercial, and operational information before taking action.

Guzlands may review, edit, reject, pause, restrict, archive, remove, or moderate accounts, listings, media, enquiries, messages, partner profiles, and platform access where required for law, safety, privacy, fraud prevention, quality, compliance, platform integrity, or operational reasons.

Guzlands may offer free and paid plans, subscriptions, listing capacity, promoted or featured visibility, sponsored placements, digital services, account tools, or other paid products where made available. Paid services are platform access or visibility services only. They do not create a brokerage, agency, escrow, advisory, fiduciary, endorsement, verification, ranking guarantee, lead guarantee, conversion guarantee, or transaction guarantee.

Billing, taxes, cancellations, failed payments, refunds, digital delivery, and payment processor handling are described in the Plans, Billing, Refunds & Paid Visibility page and any checkout-specific terms shown before purchase.

Guzlands may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, maps, search, payments, email, storage, analytics, security, and other operational needs. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability limits, fees, and technical requirements. Guzlands is not responsible for third-party sites, services, data, outages, payment instruments, or user actions outside the platform.

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity.
• False listings, fake authority, fake identities, forged documents, or scam behaviour.
• Scraping, automated extraction, platform abuse, rate-limit avoidance, or security interference.
• Uploading content that infringes rights, violates privacy, contains malware, or is unlawful.
• Using Guzlands to send spam, harassment, discriminatory content, or unauthorised marketing.

Guzlands, its brand, interface, design, code, text, and platform materials are owned by Paxika Private Limited or its licensors. You may use Guzlands only as permitted by these Terms.

You retain rights you own in content you submit, but you grant Guzlands a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, distribute, promote, index, moderate, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, market, and protect the platform. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit that content.

Guzlands may suspend, restrict, archive, or terminate access to accounts, listings, enquiries, paid services, or platform features where we believe it is necessary for law, safety, non-payment, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, marketplace quality, risk management, or operational integrity. We may preserve records where needed for legal, security, audit, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Guzlands is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guzlands disclaims warranties about platform availability, listing accuracy, user identity, ownership, title, licensing, zoning, permits, condition, valuation, financial performance, operational suitability, enquiry quality, ranking, leads, conversions, and transaction outcomes.

Any property, business, investment, lease, sale, financing, operating, or professional decision should be made only after independent due diligence and advice from qualified local professionals where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guzlands and Paxika Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, loss-of-opportunity, loss-of-goodwill, transaction, property, tax, licensing, title, or operational losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on listings, enquiries, users, third-party services, or marketplace content.

You agree to indemnify and hold Guzlands, Paxika Private Limited, and their personnel harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, listings, enquiries, transactions, breach of these Terms, breach of law, misuse of the platform, or violation of third-party rights.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Guzlands will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction over Faridabad, Haryana, India. Users accessing Guzlands globally remain responsible for complying with local laws that apply to them.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Guzlands through the Grievance page so the issue can be reviewed in good faith where appropriate.

Guzlands may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another process.
