3. Cookies and similar technologies
Guzlands may use cookies, local storage, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies for essential platform functions, authentication, preferences, security, fraud prevention, performance, analytics, and service improvement.
Some cookies are necessary for the platform to work. Others may support analytics, preferences, or marketing where enabled and permitted. You can manage cookies through browser settings and any consent tools provided on Guzlands. Blocking some cookies may affect login, search, forms, billing, or account features.
4. Service providers and third parties
Guzlands may share information with service providers that support hosting, Firebase authentication, Firestore, storage, search, maps, payment processing, email, analytics, security, monitoring, customer support, legal, accounting, and operational services. These providers may process information under their own contracts and policies.
Guzlands may also disclose information where required or appropriate for legal compliance, court orders, regulator or law enforcement requests, fraud prevention, safety, tax, audit, corporate transactions, dispute handling, or enforcement of platform terms.
5. Public listing and enquiry visibility
Public listing pages and search results may show public-safe listing information, media, general location, lister or partner context, and marketplace labels. Exact address, private contact details, verification documents, moderation internals, payment records, and private account data are not intended to be public unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Enquiries and inbox messages are shared with the relevant participants and may be reviewed by Guzlands for safety, support, moderation, delivery, and dispute handling.
6. Data retention
Guzlands retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the platform, maintain records, support users, prevent fraud, enforce policies, comply with law, resolve disputes, preserve audit history, and protect marketplace integrity.
Some records may be retained after account closure, archive, deletion request, listing removal, or subscription cancellation where necessary for legal, tax, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, moderation, audit, or operational reasons.
7. User rights and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection, or information about how your personal data is processed. These rights may be limited by law, security, fraud prevention, audit, dispute, tax, billing, or marketplace-integrity requirements.
Send privacy requests through the Grievance page or by emailing info@guzlands.com. Guzlands may ask you to verify your identity and account relationship before acting on a request.
8. Security summary
Guzlands uses technical, administrative, and operational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use strong authentication, keep devices and email accounts secure, and report suspicious activity.
Detailed security procedures, infrastructure details, incident playbooks, and internal controls are kept internal to protect the platform and its users.
9. International access and transfers
Guzlands may be accessed globally. Information may be processed in India and other jurisdictions where Guzlands, its infrastructure, or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
