Guzlands is a hospitality and F&B real estate marketplace operated by Paxika Private Limited. The platform provides listing, discovery, enquiry, visibility, account, verification-review, billing, and marketplace tools for hospitality assets.
Guzlands is not a real estate broker, estate agent, escrow provider, legal adviser, tax adviser, title verifier, transaction party, or guarantor of any listing, enquiry, user, lead, transaction, licence, zoning position, financial projection, or operational claim.
Platform role notice
Listers are responsible for the accuracy, authority, permissions, lawful publication, media rights, availability, pricing, licensing, and compliance of listings they submit. Searchers are responsible for independent legal, financial, title, zoning, licensing, tax, operational, physical, and commercial due diligence before acting on any information found on Guzlands.
Paid plans, promoted visibility, review labels, partner labels, or moderation decisions do not mean Guzlands endorses a listing, verifies ownership, guarantees enquiries, guarantees ranking, or participates in a transaction.
