- The listing URL, enquiry thread, account, invoice, payment, message, media, or page involved.
- A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting.
- Supporting documents, screenshots, ownership or authority evidence, IP registration details, payment references, or other relevant facts.
- For privacy requests, enough information for Guzlands to verify your identity and account relationship.
- For IP complaints, details of the rights you claim, the allegedly infringing content, and your authority to act for the rights holder.
4. How Guzlands handles complaints
Guzlands reviews complaints based on available information, applicable law, platform policies, user safety, privacy, fraud risk, marketplace integrity, and operational limits. We may request more information, verify account ownership, preserve records, restrict content, contact relevant users, decline unsupported requests, or take other appropriate action.
Handling times depend on issue type, completeness, risk, legal requirements, and operational load. Guzlands does not promise a fixed outcome or timeline unless required by applicable law or confirmed in writing.
5. Escalation and legal process
If a complaint involves court orders, regulator notices, law enforcement requests, urgent safety issues, privacy rights, or legally sensitive content, clearly identify that in the subject line and include official documentation where available.
Users may also pursue rights or remedies available under applicable law. Guzlands may restrict listings, accounts, access, visibility, or services where required by law, platform policy, risk controls, or operational limitations.
